Flame Meditation
There are many different varieties of flame meditation. This is the one I practice most often.

- All you need is one candle.
- Sit comfortably on the floor with the candle in front of you.
- Light the candle, looking into the flame. Don't just stare into the flame for prolonged periods ( We don't want to hurt your eyesight)
- As you look at the flame, let your breathing relax. Your breathing should be deep and natural.
- As you breathe deep let go of the stress in your body.
- Do this for as long as you can. Its not about how long you meditate, but what effect it has on your body.
